Colours that Suppress Sleep
Colours like purple, gold, grey, black, and red have been voted last and should be avoided while picking a colour for your bedroom walls. The colour purple, as per the study, made people restless, with participants getting an average sleep of 5 hours and 56 minutes. Sterile whites and primary colours like red, which implicates danger and is linked to increased blood pressure, should be avoided.
